Team & Position Description

The International Sales Executive plays a critical role in achieving regional sales targets by managing assigned accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting key accounts in collaboration with the Senior International Sales Manager (SISM). This role demands a performance-driven mindset, passion for international business, and strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer service teams. The ideal candidate is motivated by results and thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

What You Will Do Day To Day (responsibilities)

  • Support and manage accounts, taking responsibility for all T2 accounts and selected key T1 toy accounts, working closely with the SISM to respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Support Head of Sales with pet category accounts across all territories, dedicating focused time (up to 20% of the weekly workload) to drive performance, maintain relationships, and identify growth opportunities within this segment.
  • Stay closely aligned to the 3-year sales plan, ensuring a clear link between daily actions and long-term growth targets.
  • Develop and execute account plans, maintain regular customer communication, and deliver targeted sales and marketing initiatives to meet sales objectives.
  • Proactively prospect new customers in assigned territories, build pipelines, and convert leads to long-term clients.
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitor research. Apply insights to guide product recommendations, range selections, and strategic account planning. This will allow the development of a working knowledge of your markets, customers, competitors, and product ranges to assist with range selections, account management and problem solving.
  • Prepare timely, accurate internal reports and external presentations using Microsoft Office tools. Respond to requests with actionable and concise updates.
  • Represent the company at international trade shows and events. Engage with prospects and customers and follow up with all contacts promptly post-event.
  • Work closely with the Customer Service and Sales Support teams to ensure exceptional service delivery across accounts and maintain operational excellence.
  • Deliver monthly POS data from key customers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
