International Sales & Development Managers
Logan Pharmaceuticals is expanding its international commercial team and is looking to appoint experienced International Sales & Development Managers to support our continued growth across the UK, Europe and international markets.
📍 Location: UK / EU – flexible / remote working
🌍 Eligibility: At this time, applications will only be considered from candidates who are resident in the UK or EU and have the appropriate right to work.
💼 Experience: Minimum 3 years' relevant pharmaceutical sales/business development experience
The Role
This is a commercially focused position for individuals who can identify opportunities, build strong customer relationships and convert opportunities into sustainable revenue.
You will take ownership of developing both new and existing accounts, working with customers and supply partners to identify and fulfil pharmaceutical requirements across international markets.
A key focus will be identifying and developing opportunities relating to regional medicine shortages, difficult-to-source products and unlicensed/import supply opportunities, while working within the applicable regulatory and quality frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a portfolio of new and existing international accounts
- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities
- Build long-term commercial relationships with wholesalers, distributors, pharmacies, hospitals and other relevant healthcare-sector customers
- Identify opportunities arising from regional pharmaceutical shortages and supply constraints
- Develop opportunities involving unlicensed medicines and international imports/exports, where legally and commercially appropriate
- Research markets, products, pricing and competitor activity to identify new revenue opportunities
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while protecting appropriate margins
- Work closely with purchasing, operations, quality and logistics teams to deliver customer requirements
- Develop a strong international network of customers and supply partners
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts and commercial reporting
- Attend relevant international industry exhibitions, conferences and customer meetings
- Ensure business is conducted in accordance with applicable pharmaceutical regulations, quality requirements and company procedures

About You
We are looking for commercially driven individuals with a strong business development mentality.
You should have:
- A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience within pharmaceutical sales, international business development, pharmaceutical wholesale, distribution, imports/exports or a closely related sector
- A demonstrable track record of winning new business and developing existing accounts
- Excellent prospecting and business development skills
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify profitable opportunities
- Experience negotiating pricing, supply and commercial terms
- An understanding of pharmaceutical supply chains and the challenges created by product shortages
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- The confidence to engage with customers and suppliers at senior commercial level
- A proactive, entrepreneurial approach and the ability to work independently
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously
- Fluent professional English; additional European languages would be highly advantageous
