International Sales Manager – QSR
£88,000 + Package
West London, Hybrid
If you know the QSR world, you’ll know how difficult it is to genuinely open doors across multiple markets - that is exactly what this role is about.
We’re working with a globally recognised consumer brand to appoint a newly created Senior National Account Manager, taking ownership of its international QSR growth strategy across EMEA.
The foundations are already there: a powerful brand, an established international footprint, senior backing and strong distribution partnerships. What the business now needs is someone with genuine QSR credibility who can connect the dots between customers, franchisees, distributors and local markets to turn opportunity into long-term growth.
This isn’t about inheriting a mature account plan and managing what already exists. It’s about building what comes next.
The role
You’ll take the commercial lead across major international QSR customers, developing senior relationships and identifying opportunities that can be scaled across multiple markets.
You’ll work across a complex network of restaurant groups, master franchisees, procurement teams, distribution partners and internal market teams – creating alignment and ultimately getting deals done.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Your remit will include:
- Owning the EMEA strategy for major international QSR customers
- Building relationships with senior decision-makers across the QSR ecosystem
- Opening new customer conversations and creating multi-market opportunities
- Developing relationships with master franchisees and international distribution partners
- Leading complex commercial negotiations, tenders and RFPs
- Turning individual market opportunities into broader regional partnerships
- Using category, consumer and commercial insight to strengthen the customer proposition
- Working with local markets to win new business and grow existing partnerships
- Partnering with trade marketing and activation teams to bring customer opportunities to life
Who are we looking for?
QSR experience is critical.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely understands the channel: how the major operators work, how franchise structures influence decision-making and how commercial partnerships are built across multiple countries.
You could currently be a Senior National Account Manager, International Account Manager, QSR Account Manager or operating in a similar senior commercial role.

Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
More important than your current title is the relevance of your experience.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Strong commercial experience within QSR or a directly relevant foodservice environment
- Experience working across international or multi-market customers
- An established network or strong relationships within the QSR ecosystem
- Experience navigating franchise, distributor and customer structures
- Strong negotiation and commercial capability
- The confidence to open doors rather than simply manage established accounts
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders across different markets and functions
- A track record of turning customer relationships into tangible commercial growth
This is a rare opportunity to take a genuinely international QSR remit within a global consumer brand where there is still significant whitespace to attack.
The brand is established. The backing is there. The opportunity is there.
Now it needs someone who knows the QSR world well enough to unlock it.
“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
