About us

Hi there đź‘‹ We're Wild. We set out to remove single-use plastic from the bathroom and ended up building one of the fastest-growing personal care brands in Europe. Our refillable, natural deodorant is now in millions of hands, our cases are collected like accessories, and our collaborations - from Disney to seasonal scent drops - keep the brand fresh, playful and impossible to ignore. Now part of the Unilever family, we have the backing to go global while keeping the pace, ambition and mischief of a start-up.

🚀 The Role

As International Sales Manager for our distributor network, you’ll own the P&L across key accounts and drive growth in established markets across Australia, the Nordics, Ireland, and Eastern Europe.

You will lead Wild’s wholesale expansion into new countries and retail channels, scaling our footprint while ensuring the brand delivers maximum impact - all while helping eliminate single-use plastic.

This role will report into our International Sales Director based in our London office.

🚀 What You’ll Do

  • Distributor Ownership: Lead P&L management, make strategic investment decisions, and hit top- and bottom-line targets. Tailor product ranges by region to drive distributor sell-through.
  • Strategic Planning: Work alongside the International Sales Director to build regional growth plans, align internal resources, and map out long-term market entry strategies.
  • Relationship Building: Build trust-based partnerships with current distributors as Wild expands across personal care categories.
  • Commercial Insights: Use EPOS data, market trends, and competitor intel to spot opportunities. Manage pricing and promotional strategies while tracking ROI to refine execution.
  • Market Expansion: Identify potential partners and launch channels. Standardise onboarding playbooks for new distributors, wholesale partners, and pharmacy chains.
  • Pharmacy Channel Growth: Expand our pharmacy footprint by developing tailored market-entry strategies with local wholesalers and distributors.
  • Cross-Functional Partnering: Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Product teams to align campaigns, secure inventory, and resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Deliver accurate sales forecasts, track core KPIs, and present monthly and quarterly business reviews.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
