Drive International Growth with SEGA Amusements International

Are you passionate about business development and building long-term customer relationships?

Do you thrive on winning new business, developing international distributor networks and helping shape the future of the amusement industry?

We're looking for an experienced International Sales Manager to join our expanding commercial team.

Working closely with our Chief Operating Officer, you'll be responsible for driving sustainable sales growth across Europe and Africa, identifying new commercial opportunities and strengthening relationships with operators, distributors and family entertainment centres.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys international travel, meeting customers, attending trade exhibitions and influencing future product development.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Growing sales across Europe and Africa
  • Developing new distributor partnerships
  • Managing key international customer accounts
  • Identifying new markets and commercial opportunities
  • Supporting new product launches
  • Representing SEGA at international trade shows and exhibitions
  • Negotiating commercial agreements
  • Producing sales forecasts and territory plans
  • Working with Product Development, Engineering and Marketing teams to influence future innovation

We're Looking For

We're looking for a commercially driven sales professional who can build lasting customer relationships and identify new opportunities for growth across international markets.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • At least 5 years' experience in international B2B sales, ideally within the arcade, amusement, gaming, leisure or entertainment industries.
  • A proven track record of growing sales, developing distributor networks and managing key customer accounts across multiple territories.
  • Strong commercial awareness with excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems, sales forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Fluent English, with additional European language skills highly desirable.
  • A full, valid driving licence.
  • Be permanently based within Europe and able to travel freely throughout the European Union without visa or work permit restrictions.
  • The flexibility and willingness to travel extensively throughout Europe, with occasional worldwide travel to support customers and attend major industry exhibitions.
