International Sales Manager
Cheadle, Cheshire | Office based with international travel | Competitive salary and bonus
Four beauty brands. 50+ international markets. One big opportunity.
We're a fast growing beauty business with ambitious global plans, and we're looking for an International Sales Manager to take our brands further around the world.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to babysit existing accounts. It's for someone who gets a buzz from opening new markets, landing new distributors and seeing their brands on shelves in countries they've never sold into before.
If you're an experienced sales professional looking for the next step in your career, with real ownership and a seat at the table, this could be the one.
What you'll be doing
- Owning and growing our international customer base across distributors, retailers and key markets.
- Opening new territories and turning conversations into long term partnerships.
- Owning your numbers: forecasting, pricing, P&L and annual plans.
- Travelling internationally to meet customers face to face and representing our brands at major global trade shows.
- Working closely with our marketing, product and operations teams to land launches brilliantly.

What we're looking for
- Proven years of experience in international sales management. This is not an entry level role.
- Beauty or personal care experience strongly preferred. Strong FMCG backgrounds will also be considered.
- A track record of winning new business, not just maintaining it.
- Experience working with distributors and navigating different markets, cultures and commercial models.
- Happy and willing to travel internationally on a regular basis.
- Energy, drive and real passion for brands. We want someone who lights up talking about what they sell.
- Commutable to Cheadle, Cheshire.
