Headquartered in Singapore, with state-of-the-art processing facilities in Peru and Brazil, we are one of the world's largest producers and exporters of Brazil nuts. We source directly from the Amazon rainforest and supply customers in more than 45 countries worldwide. Today, we have a turnover exceeding $50 million, hold approximately 30% of the global Brazil nut market, and continue to grow year after year. Our success is built on cutting-edge processing technology, long-term partnerships throughout our supply chain, and a genuine commitment to sustainability and the Amazonian communities with whom we work.

2026 will be a record year for our company, with more than 250 containers exported worldwide. To support this exceptional growth and our ambitious plans for the future, we are expanding our team and are looking for an ambitious, driven and commercially astute International Sales Manager to join us and help accelerate the next phase of our global growth.

The Opportunity

This is an outstanding opportunity to take ownership of an established international customer portfolio while identifying and securing new business across global markets. Reporting directly to the Global Sales Director, you'll play a key role in shaping our commercial strategy and leading a team that supports our worldwide sales operation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
