International Sales Manager – Europe
Hybrid – 1 day per week in office / 4 days working from home
Salary: £60,000–£70,000 + Benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced International Sales Manager to join a fast-growing beauty brand.
We're looking for a commercially driven sales professional with a proven track record of developing and managing international markets across Europe. The successful candidate will have experience working with both retailers and distributors, building long-term partnerships and driving profitable growth.

Key Requirements:
- Previous international sales experience across European markets.
- Experience managing a mix of retailers and distributors.
- Background within FMCG, beauty, cosmetics, personal care, or a closely related consumer goods sector.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
