About the Role
We are looking for a International Sales Manager to join the National Theatre Digital Team.
The International Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and audience reach for NT Live across international territories. Working closely with cinema exhibitors, distribution partners and internal teams, the role leads the delivery of sales strategies, develops new business opportunities and helps maximise the commercial performance of NT Live releases outside of the UK & Ireland.
The role plays a key part in expanding NT Live's global footprint, building strong industry relationships and ensuring audiences worldwide have access to world-class theatre through cinema.

Requirements
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Experience in international film distribution, event cinema, or a comparable commercial entertainment environment.
- A strong understanding of theatrical sales, distribution models, including experience working across multiple territories.
- Experience negotiating commercial terms, managing contractual agreements and delivering revenue targets.
- Proven ability to build, manage and develop strong relationships with distributors, exhibitors, and commercial partners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to present, pitch, negotiate and influence a range of stakeholders.
- Experience analysing sales performance, using data to inform decisions, forecasting revenue and identifying growth opportunities.
