About

DSS Games creates games that are more fun than looking at your phone.

Over the past decade, DSS has built a highly successful portfolio of social and party games enjoyed by millions of consumers across North America. Following significant growth in its home market, the business is now investing in international expansion and is looking for its first Europe-based commercial hire to help lead that journey.

This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial business and play a defining role in shaping its future international success.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Co-CEO, you will take ownership of developing and growing DSS Games' international business across Europe and other high-potential global markets.

You'll be responsible for identifying new distributor and publishing partners, negotiating commercial agreements, building market-entry strategies and growing long-term revenue through strategic partnerships. This is a true build role with significant autonomy, visibility and influence.

Key Responsibilities & Candidate Background

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
