About Eve Curls
Eve Curls is a fast-growing Dutch DTC hair care brand serving customers across Europe, the UK, and the US. We're expanding across marketplaces and this year we're launching retail in the biggest Dutch drugstore chain. We're growing 200%+ year over year and hitting 8 figures in 2026.
The role
We're looking for someone who takes full ownership and thinks like an owner, to take our retail expansion to the next level.
We want explosive growth in retail: new distributors, new markets, new doors opened, across Europe, the US, and beyond. You bring the network and the deal-making instinct. We bring a brand with real momentum behind it.

What you'll own
- Building and managing distributor relationships across Europe, the US, and international markets
- Landing new retail and wholesale accounts
- Driving explosive growth in retail sales
- Owning the full sales cycle: outreach, negotiation, closing, account management
What we're looking for

- A proven sales network in beauty or personal care
- Experience closing distributor and retail deals internationally
- Someone who goes and gets the deal, not someone who waits for it to land
- Open to full-time or part-time
Compensation
Flexible. Open to flat fee, bonus, and revenue share, depending on experience and what you bring to the table. Let's discuss.
