Simplee Drinks
Simplee Drinks is the brand that took aloe vera from health-store curiosity to mainstream grocery staple. We're the UK's leading aloe vera drinks brand, on shelf in Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Co-op, Asda and Morrisons — and we're already selling internationally, including with Costco internationally.
We're on a mission to make aloe vera the next big category in soft drinks — not just in the UK, but worldwide. That's where you come in.
The Role
You'll open and grow international markets — identifying the right distributors, retailers and importers, striking the deals and managing the relationships that follow. We want a self-starter who can run international as their own business: setting the market entry plan, managing their own pipeline and growing the accounts under their own oversight, with the founders behind them rather than over their shoulder.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
