International Sales Manager – Northern Europe

Location: Flexible / Chesterfield HQ with international travel
Department: International Sales
Reports to: International Sales Controller
Territory: Northern Europe

Fancy taking some of our best-loved drinks brands to the world?

This is your chance to own and grow our Northern European markets, building on some well-established and successful markets while finding new opportunities to take our brands even further. We’re looking for an ambitious, commercially minded International Sales Manager who loves the thrill of growing a market, winning new business and building relationships that last.

You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of Northern European markets, with responsibility for protecting and growing our existing business as well as developing new opportunities. You’ll build strong partnerships with distributors, retailers and key customers, making sure our established markets continue to thrive while identifying where the next big opportunity could come from.

One minute you could be working with an established distributor to grow an existing brand, the next you’re opening the door to a new customer, launching into a new channel or spotting an opportunity in a market we’ve yet to explore. It’s a role with plenty of variety, plenty of travel and plenty of opportunity to make your mark. You’ll need to be entrepreneurial, resilient and comfortable getting stuck in. You’ll have targets to deliver, markets to develop and the occasional curveball to deal with, but if you enjoy the challenge of protecting what we’ve built and finding new ways to grow, you’ll love it.

How you’ll make an impact

You’ll take ownership of your Northern European territory and will:

  • Grow and protect your existing markets, strengthening relationships and identifying opportunities to increase sales and distribution.
  • Develop new business by identifying new customers, channels, markets and commercial opportunities.
  • Build brilliant partnerships with distributors, key accounts and retail customers.
  • Develop and deliver joint business plans that grow both our brands and our partners’ businesses.
  • Translate our wider sales strategy into practical plans that work in your markets.
  • Own your commercial performance, including budgets, forecasts, pricing, promotional investment and margins.
  • Spot opportunities to expand our brands across different channels, customers and categories.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain to turn plans into great execution.
  • Use market insight, customer relationships and sales data to understand where the opportunities are and what to do next.
  • Represent the business at key trade events, customer meetings and market visits.
  • Travel internationally around 30–50% of the year, particularly during key seasonal periods, planning cycles and trade events.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
