About PerfectTed
PerfectTed is on a mission to change how the world experiences energy. We’re the UK’s fastest-growing energy drink brand and Europe’s leading matcha company — building a cleaner, calmer alternative to traditional energy drinks. No crashes. No junk. Just matcha-powered focus.
The brand was inspired by our co-founder Marisa’s experience with ADHD, anxiety, and burnout — and built to help people feel energised without the chaos. We’re founder-led, ambitious, and scaling fast. If you want to help take a breakout brand global, this is your moment.
The Role
We’re looking for an organised, proactive International Shipping Coordinator to help power our global expansion.
You’ll own the day-to-day management of our international shipments — ensuring orders leave on time, paperwork is correct, Incoterms are aligned, and all movements are fully compliant. You’ll work closely with our Operations Managers, 3PL partners, and distributors to keep stock moving smoothly across Europe and beyond.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves problem-solving, and takes pride in getting the details right.
What You’ll Be Doing
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
