POSITION SUMMARY
The International SIOP Lead is responsible for owning, developing, implementing, sustaining and continuously improving the International Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process across EMEA, APAC, Japan and LATAM. This role establishes and governs the regional SIOP cadence, ensuring Product Review, Demand Review, Supply Review and International Executive SIOP Review activities are effectively planned, prepared, facilitated and connected. The position brings together cross-functional stakeholders across commercial, supply chain, finance, product and regional teams to align demand, supply, inventory and capacity plans, identify risks and opportunities, and support timely, data-driven executive decisions.
Serving as the key connection point between stakeholders, the International SIOP Lead ensures regional outputs, decisions, assumptions and escalations are clearly communicated and incorporated into the broader global planning cycle. The role also drives SIOP maturity by standardising governance, improving reporting and KPI visibility, strengthening planning capabilities and supporting system or process enhancements that improve business performance, service levels, inventory management and financial outcomes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
