International SOX Compliance Analyst
We are seeking an International SOX Compliance Analyst to support our Company's Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance program in the EMEA region. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure an effective internal control environment.

- Identify and assess business risks
- Design, document, and maintain internal controls
- Support remediation plans for deficiencies
- Assist in compliance-related projects
- Stay updated on regulatory developments
- Coordinate SOX testing activities

Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 2-5 years of experience in SOX compliance or related functions
- Knowledge of SOX 404 requirements and industry regulations
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% in Europe and internationally
