Every day, millions of guests visit our cinemas, enjoying everything from the latest blockbuster to a night out with friends and family. Behind the scenes, there is a huge network of products, services and suppliers helping us deliver a great experience across our cinemas and support offices.
We're looking for a Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our international Procurement team and lead sourcing initiatives across a range of spend categories. This is a great opportunity for an experienced procurement professional who enjoys building category strategies, influencing stakeholders, driving commercial value and delivering meaningful change across a large international business.
Reporting to the Director of International Procurement, you'll play a key role in:
- Shaping sourcing strategy
- Managing supplier relationships
- Supporting procurement initiatives across our UK, Europe and Israel brands within Regal Global Entertainment
You'll partner with stakeholders across multiple functions and territories, helping to deliver value, innovation and best-in-class procurement practices.

- From £65,000 depending on skills & experience

Location:
- Currently Brentford, TW8 9AG, but relocating to Ealing, W5 5JN from approx. October. This is a hybrid role with 4 days on-site.

What will you be doing?
- Leading strategic sourcing projects from planning and market analysis through to implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
- Developing sourcing and category strategies that deliver value, manage risk and support long-term business goals.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions, countries and levels of seniority, securing buy-in and alignment throughout the sourcing process.
- Leading negotiations, managing contracts and developing supplier relationships that deliver commercial value and strong service performance.
- Using data, market insight and supplier intelligence to identify opportunities and support informed decision-making.
- Driving continuous improvement, helping embed best-practice procurement processes and delivering measurable business value.

About you
- You'll have experience leading strategic sourcing or procurement projects from initial planning through to implementation, managing timelines, priorities and stakeholder expectations along the way.
- You'll be confident developing sourcing strategies, leading RFx activities and delivering complex negotiations and contract outcomes.
- You'll have strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, align and gain buy-in from a wide range of audiences.
- You'll have experience building and managing supplier relationships, balancing commercial outcomes with long-term business needs.
- You'll be analytical and commercially minded, using data and insight to support recommendations and decision-making.
- You'll bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach and enjoy delivering change, continuous improvement and measurable business value.
- CPM/CPSM/CIPS certifications are desirable but not essential.
