About the role!
We are looking for two experienced International Student Advisors based in the CIS region, the Middle East or India to join IHCL in full-time, remote positions.
This is a sales-focused student recruitment role for professionals with experience working directly with prospective students, managing enquiries and converting suitable applications into enrolments.
You will advise students on our existing programmes and new 2027 offering, including fast-track online pathways to undergraduate degrees and master’s programmes at leading UK universities, alongside our blended AI Boot Camp.
You should be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, managing an active sales pipeline and taking accountability for individual sales and enrolment targets. Proactive follow-up, clear communication and the ability to build trust with students will be central to your success. You will help prospective students choose suitable programmes and guide them confidently through the application and enrolment process.

Hands-on experience using HubSpot to manage student enquiries and sales pipelines is essential. You will use it daily to record communications, track opportunities, schedule follow-ups and monitor progress against targets. Experience selling online or blended education programmes would be particularly beneficial.
