About the Role

UM Education is seeking a dedicated International Student Coordinator/Assistant to support our students as they adapt to life and study in the UK. This full-time hybrid role combines on-site interaction with flexible remote work. You’ll play a key role in providing day-to-day support, ensuring students feel safe, confident, and cared for during their educational journey.

Who You Are

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (verbal and written)
  • Experienced in student support, customer service, or similar roles
  • Knowledgeable about the UK education system and safeguarding practices
  • A strong communicator with cross-cultural sensitivity
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and adaptable — we work around student and client schedules
