About the Organization
We are an international nonprofit network working on technology, policy, and digital inclusion, with members in more than 150 countries. We organize international summits that bring together government officials, diplomats, industry leaders, and experts from around the world.
About the Role
We are looking for a full-time intern to support the planning and coordination of these summits, working closely with our membership and partnerships team. This is a fully remote internship.
What You'll Do
- Support end-to-end planning of international summits, from early preparation to post-event follow-up
- Coordinate with speakers, delegates, partners, and sponsors by email and video calls, including invitations, confirmations, and logistics
- Manage registration, attendee lists, and delegate communications
- Help prepare agendas, run-of-show documents, briefing notes, and speaker profiles
- Track timelines, deliverables, and action items across multiple workstreams
- Coordinate with venues, vendors, and travel arrangements for participants
- Support member engagement around the summit, including outreach and invitation campaigns
- Assist with post-summit reports, follow-up communications, and feedback collection

What We're Looking For
- Current students or recent graduates in international relations, communications, business, event management, or related fields
- Excellent written and spoken English; French, Spanish, Arabic, or Chinese is a plus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Professional and confident when communicating with senior stakeholders
- Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, spreadsheets, and online collaboration tools
- Able to work across time zones when needed
- Prior experience in event coordination, MUN, student organizations, or conference volunteering is an advantage
