Lakeland Dairies Co-operative Society Limited (The Group) is the second largest dairy processor on the island of Ireland. The business is complex and ambitious with a milk supply pool of 2 billion litres of milk, drawn from over 3,200 family farms across 16 counties.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an International Supply Chain – Support Coordinator to support our International Department through a broad range of administrative, customer service, and operational activities in Bromley.
The Role
The role will be responsible for assisting the International Department with a wide scope of supporting tasks. The role will ensure all customers receive a high level of service at all times and that the International customer service team are fully supported at all times. Focusing on process improvements, efficiencies and assisting with generation and maintenance of departmental reporting & metrics.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with international inventory planning, collaborating with Planning Teams to ensure weekly production schedules are in line with business needs, operating in an efficient and timely manner.
- Analyse, optimize and enhance existing business processes to achieve better efficiency, Effectiveness, minimizing costs & ensuring best practice. Including departmental reporting.
- Assist International Supply Chain within packaging change control process, collaborating with the wider change control team.
- Working with commercial teams, be responsible for new account creation and maintenance of departmental master data.
- Assist with processing & authorization of freight invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment & capturing savings.
- Work closely with International Account Managers to ensure alignment of customer expectations.

What You Will Bring to the Role
- GCSE Math’s & English or equivalent (Grade C or above)
- Previous experience of office administration, customer service and liaising with colleagues and team members at all levels within the workplace.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High level of numeracy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience of working within the FMCG sector, report generation, ERP systems and/or HR related duties would be advantageous.
