About the Opportunity
At Nichols, we're passionate about bringing great-tasting soft drinks to consumers around the world. As our International Supply Chain & Operations Planner, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our products reach customers across a diverse range of international markets.
Working within the International Supply Chain team, you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end order fulfilment process, from customer order receipt through to final delivery. You'll collaborate with customers, co-manufacturing partners, freight providers and internal stakeholders to ensure excellent service levels, smooth execution and visibility across the supply chain.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service whilst navigating the complexities of international supply chains.
Your Role Will Include
- Managing the end-to-end customer order process from order placement through to delivery.
- Acting as a key point of contact for international customers, providing updates on orders, supply and shipment status.
- Coordinating production and supply requirements with co-manufacturing partners.
- Liaising with freight forwarders, carriers and customs to arrange international shipments.
- Ensuring export documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with destination country requirements.
- Monitoring order and shipment progress, proactively identifying and resolving issues that may impact service.
- Maintaining accurate system data and ensuring customers and internal stakeholders have clear visibility of supply chain activities.
- Building strong working relationships with Commercial, Finance, Quality, Operations and external partners.
- Supporting new product launches, customer projects and other supply chain initiatives.
About You
To make a splash in this role you will bring experience within a supply chain, logistics, export or customer service environment, coupled with a strong understanding of end-to-end order fulfilment and international supply chain operations.
You will also:
- Be confident managing customer orders from receipt through to delivery, coordinating with co-manufacturing partners, freight providers and customers to ensure a seamless service.
- Have excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills, you'll be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a keen eye for detail.
- Have knowledge of export documentation, customs requirements, Incoterms and international trade compliance will support your success in the role, while experience working across Africa, the Far East and other international markets would be advantageous.
- Above all, you'll be a proactive team player who enjoys building strong relationships and is committed to delivering exceptional service to customers around the world.
