A typical day in the life of an International Tax Associate with Eide Bailly might include the following:

- Prepare individual tax returns for clients who have foreign income and foreign assets.
- Assist with many different filings such as foreign corporations, treaty returns, withholding, and FBAR's.
- Work with awesome professionals to ensure individual and business tax returns are completed correctly and by the required deadline.
- Look at tax situations from various angles to ensure the maximum tax benefit is applied.
- Network and build relationships across the Firm.
- Assist in research projects and memo writing.
Who You Are
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's Degree or a LLM in taxation (preferred).
- You have 1+ year of experience working in public accounting tax (preferred).
- You have interest in learning US reporting of International income and assets.
- You are self-motivated and able to manage priorities with minimal supervision.
- You enjoy working through challenging projects and meeting deadlines.
- You can manage work across multiple stakeholders, prioritize effectively, and provide consistent updates on progress and deliverables.
- You hold yourself to the highest professional standards and maintain strict client confidentiality.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.

Compensation: $70,000-$85,000
Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
