International Tax & Finance Analyst
We are partnering with a leading global insurance company to recruit an International Tax & Finance Analyst to join its high-performing Tax team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant, tax professional, or commercially minded finance specialist looking to develop expertise in international tax, cross-border finance and transfer pricing within a complex multinational environment.
Working as part of a collaborative EMEA-focused team, you will support a range of international tax and finance activities across multiple jurisdictions. While exposure to transfer pricing would be advantageous, it is not essential.
The organisation is looking for an analytical, curious professional who is eager to learn and develop in a global business environment.
The Opportunity
This role offers broad exposure to international operations and will see you working closely with finance teams, senior stakeholders and external advisers across the EMEA region.
You will help support cross-border business activities, contribute to financial and economic analysis, assist with regulatory and tax-related projects and support continuous improvement initiatives across the function.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
