Tax Manager - London
As a Tax Manager in London, you'll oversee Corporate Tax and Transfer Pricing for an International MedTech company, based in Finchley, North London.
Client Details
This company operates within the Manufacturing / Medtech space.
Description
- Manage Corporate Tax processes, including preparing and filing accurate tax returns.
- Provide expert advice on tax planning and strategy to optimise financial outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to tax regulations and keep updated on legislative changes.
- Manage Transfer Pricing & Pillar II
- Collaborate with internal teams to address tax-related queries and concerns.
- Coordinate with external tax advisors and regulatory bodies as required.
- Prepare detailed tax reports and present findings to senior management.
- Support audits and address queries from tax authorities promptly.
- Develop and implement internal controls to manage tax risks effectively

Profile
A successful Tax Manager should have:
- Professional qualifications in accounting or taxation (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CTA).
- Strong knowledge of UK tax laws and regulations, particularly within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
- Experience in managing tax compliance and planning activities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing tax risks.
- Experience in Corporate Tax and Transfer Pricing

Job Offer
- A competitive salary ranging from £70,000 - £80,000 dependent on the level of experience.
