Cooper Parry Finance Recruitment are working with a Private Equity backed, high growth, multi-national organisation to source a Tax Manager to support their Americas Region. This is an exciting opportunity which will allow the successful candidate to truly make a difference and advance their career. Overview of the Role

This position is a highly visible and key role in the company's Tax Department and will be responsible for the management and execution of tax compliance, tax reporting and commercial tax advisory functions globally. ‘Tax’ will cover all taxes arising in the normal course of business at the Group, including but not limited to corporate tax, Transfer Pricing, personal income tax, VAT and sales taxes, custom duties and any other related taxes.

The Tax Manager will also work with the Tax Director on implementing tax improvements and initiatives across the region including systems improvements, documenting tax processes and specific tax projects. They will assist in representing the Group in its relationship with the relevant tax authorities in the Americas region. They will also be responsible for management of all tax audits.

Background and Experience

To be successful you will be an experienced international tax professional, ideally within a large international business, a top tier accountancy firm, or a combination of both. You will be a confident communicator, be able to make decisions and enjoy having influence and making a difference.

Ideally the successful candidate will be based in either Aberdeen, Glasgow or London, however remotely based candidates will also be considered.

Experience in the Americas Region is essential (US, Canada, Mexico, Guyana, Trinidad and Tobago etc)
