We're now looking for an International Tax Manager to join our Finance team and play a pivotal role in supporting that growth.

Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Finance and based at our global headquarters in Dundee, you'll lead and shape Insights' international tax strategy, ensuring we remain compliant, efficient and well-positioned as we continue to expand globally.
This is a broad and highly visible role where you'll partner with senior leaders, finance teams and external advisers across multiple countries. You'll provide trusted advice on international tax matters while driving best practice in governance, compliance and risk management.
You'll have the opportunity to influence key business decisions, support international growth initiatives and contribute to major strategic projects across the Group.
What You'll Be Doing
As our International Tax Manager, you will:
- Develop and lead Insights' global tax strategy, aligned to our commercial goals and international growth ambitions.
- Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Provide expert guidance on international and cross-border tax matters, including transfer pricing.
- Identify and maximise available tax incentives and relief opportunities, including RDEC and equivalent international programmes.
- Partner with senior stakeholders on expansion activities, restructuring projects, acquisitions and transformation initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external tax advisers and regulatory authorities worldwide.
- Lead tax forecasting, reporting and planning activities across the Group.
- Monitor emerging legislation and international tax developments, ensuring Insights remains ahead of change.
- Strengthen tax governance, controls and risk management practices across the organisation.
- Support and develop tax awareness and capability within the wider Finance team.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who combines deep technical expertise with strong commercial judgement and a collaborative approach.
You'll bring:
- CTA, ACA or equivalent professional qualification.
- Significant experience within corporate tax, either in practice or an international in-house environment.
- Strong knowledge of international tax principles and multi-jurisdictional compliance.
- Expertise in transfer pricing, tax reporting and corporate tax compliance.
- Experience identifying and optimising tax reliefs and incentives.
- A track record of advising senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively across global teams.
- The confidence to navigate complexity while delivering practical, commercially focused solutions.
- Experience within professional services, technology, software or another international growth organisation would be advantageous.
