International Tax Manager | Global Tech Company
SW London | Hybrid working
A great opportunity to join the tax team of a growing international technology business and take on a broad role with real visibility across the organisation.
Reporting to the Head of Tax, you will become a key adviser to the business, helping colleagues navigate tax issues, supporting commercial decisions and contributing to projects across the UK and Europe.
The role will give you exposure to:
- UK and European corporate tax compliance matters
- UK and European indirect tax
- Business partnering across finance, commercial and operational teams
- Tax reporting and forecasting
- Acquisitions, integrations and wider business projects
- R&D and Patent Box
- Tax process and control improvements
- Managing relationships with external advisers and tax authorities

It would suit someone with strong UK tax experience who wants to broaden their in-house exposure within an international environment. You will need to be commercially minded, comfortable working with a range of stakeholders and able to turn technical tax issues into clear, practical advice.

Experience of tax accounting, transactions, R&D, Patent Box or a private equity-backed environment would be helpful, but none is essential.
