International Tax Manager

Pure Search are partnered with a global technology business looking to hire an International Tax Manager to focus on Corporate Tax and Transfer Pricing. This is a fully remote role reporting into the UK based Head of Tax.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end management of corporate tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions, working with Finance teams and external advisors to ensure accurate and timely filings.
  • Oversee tax compliance requirements, maintain the relevant filing calendar, and monitor changes in legislation and guidance to identify potential impacts and required actions.
  • Manage the organisation's transfer pricing framework, including policy development, intercompany arrangements, supporting documentation, benchmarking and ongoing risk assessment.
  • Coordinate international reporting requirements, including global minimum tax calculations, country-level assessments and country-by-country reporting, ensuring data is complete, accurate and submitted on time.
  • Oversee withholding tax matters relating to cross-border payments, including treaty analysis, reclaim opportunities, domestic requirements and alignment with intercompany arrangements.
  • Support tax governance and risk management by maintaining risk assessments, documenting responsibilities and controls, preparing management reporting, and escalating significant exposures where appropriate.
  • Manage tax audits, enquiries and disputes, including technical analysis, responses, external counsel coordination, tracking open matters and supporting wider tax planning, transactions and restructuring activity.
  • Manage external advisors and contribute to the improvement of tax processes, systems and controls, including the use of technology and automation to increase efficiency, strengthen data quality and reduce manual activity.

  • ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent
  • Direct Tax experience across compliance and advisory
  • Pillar II and CbCR experience
  • International Tax & Transfer Pricing experience
  • Must be based in the UK, no visa sponsorship available

This is a full-time role, fully remote, paying up to £100,000 + bonus.
