International Tax Manager
Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic tax advisor to senior stakeholders, providing commercially focused guidance across a broad range of business activities and transactions.
- Assess the tax considerations arising from new initiatives, organisational changes, international arrangements, and other complex commercial developments.
- Develop and implement practical tax solutions, clearly outlining available options, associated risks, benefits, and potential trade-offs.
- Establish forward-looking tax strategies that support immediate business objectives while maintaining sustainable, compliant, and appropriately governed structures.
- Collaborate with internal tax specialists and cross-functional teams to ensure advice reflects relevant areas of taxation and wider business requirements.
- Support the management of tax audits, enquiries, and engagements with external advisors or relevant authorities, as required.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments across relevant jurisdictions, assess potential business impacts, and recommend appropriate actions while driving improvements to tax processes and ways of working.

Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent
- Multi-jurisdictional experience tax advisory experience
- Experience working for a large multinational or tech related business
- Historical career tax compliance and tax audit experience is advantageous
- No visa sponsorship available
- Ability to travel into London minimum 3 days a week

This is a full-time role based in Central London minimum 3 days a week, paying up to £100,000 + 20% bonus and shares.
