A leading international industrial group is seeking an International Tax Reporting Manager to join its Global Tax Controllership function in Reading, Berkshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional with experience in ASC 740, tax provisions and international tax reporting to take on a broad, high profile role supporting multiple jurisdictions across a large multinational organisation.
Working closely with senior tax leadership, you'll play a key role in delivering quarterly and annual tax reporting requirements, supporting global tax compliance activities, and helping drive process improvements across an evolving international tax function.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the preparation and delivery of quarterly and annual US GAAP (ASC 740) tax reporting.
- Assist with tax provisions, effective tax rate (ETR) calculations and tax reporting packages for international entities.
- Partner with local finance teams to ensure accurate return-to-provision (RTP) processes and tax ledger reporting.
- Support international tax compliance and shareholder reporting requirements.
- Assist with tax budgeting, forecasting and cash tax modelling activities.
- Maintain tax reporting controls, reconciliations and audit-ready documentation.
- Contribute to process optimisation, automation and data integrity initiatives across the global tax function.
- Support transfer pricing and tax authority queries through the preparation of financial analysis and documentation.
