Role Overview

As a key bridge between R&D and global clients, you will provide expert technical consultancy and tailored solutions to ensure the seamless integration and operation of our PDA and RFID products across global industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the primary technical point of contact for overseas customers; provide expert answers to technical inquiries and collaborate with R&D to resolve complex product issues.
  • Solution Design & Presentation: Deeply understand the client's business needs to provide comprehensive technical solutions and suggestions.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Base: Develop and maintain high-quality technical support documents, SDK integration guides, FAQs, and functional usage manuals in English.
  • Customer Training: Design and deliver technical training sessions (remote or on-site) to empower clients and partners with in-depth product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Communications Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in the Android operating system (architecture, debugging, or log analysis). Experience with RFID and PDA hardware/software products is highly preferred. Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth) and API integration.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English (written and oral) as a working language; ability to conduct technical meetings and write professional reports independently.
  • Soft Skills: Strong logical thinking and independent problem-solving capabilities.
