Role Description
The International Trunk Shows Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing international trunk shows, including venue selection, scheduling, logistics, and on-the-day operations. The manager will collaborate closely with the tailoring and sales teams to create a premium client experience, manage guest lists and appointments, and ensure fittings and consultations run smoothly. They will oversee marketing and communication around trunk shows, working with internal stakeholders and external partners to promote events and drive attendance. The role includes managing budgets, monitoring performance metrics, and gathering client feedback to refine future trunk show strategy. The manager will also build and maintain relationships with key clients, regional partners, and luxury industry contacts to support Knatchbull’s global presence.

- Experience in luxury fashion, tailoring, or high-end retail, preferably in event management, trunk shows, or clienteling.
- Strong event planning and project management skills, including logistics coordination, timeline management, and budget oversight.
- Excellent client relationship and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver a high-touch, bespoke service to international clientele.
- Commercial and sales acumen, with experience in driving event-related revenue, managing pipelines, and tracking performance metrics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across internal teams and external partners internationally.
- Ability to work on-site in the London Area and travel internationally as needed to support trunk shows.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with standard office and collaboration tools; experience with CRM or client booking systems is beneficial.
- Demonstrated passion for womenswear tailoring, craftsmanship, and empowering clients through personal style.
- Relevant experience in luxury hospitality, retail management, or fashion merchandising; a degree in business, fashion, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
