Mode Search are partnering with an exciting contemporary fashion brand in the search for an International Wholesale Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a distinctive, design-led brand with an established international presence and ambitious plans for further growth. The role will take ownership of key wholesale relationships across EMEA and APAC, combining commercial responsibility with a strong focus on building lasting partnerships and representing the brand in some of the world’s most important fashion markets.
You will be a key member of the wholesale team, working closely with internal departments and international partners to maximise sales, strengthen distribution and ensure the brand is consistently represented to the highest standard. This role will be based 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.
The Role
- Take ownership of a portfolio of international wholesale accounts across EMEA and APAC, developing relationships and identifying opportunities for continued growth.
- Lead the seasonal sales cycle from collection presentation and showroom appointments through to order negotiation, delivery and ongoing account management.
- Build trusted relationships with senior buyers and commercial partners, acting as a key point of contact throughout the season.
- Manage account plans, forecasts and sales targets, using commercial data to identify opportunities and drive performance.
- Travel regularly to meet key customers and assess market and store performance across the regions.
- Provide accounts with compelling product and brand presentations, ensuring collections are understood and positioned effectively.
- Work closely with partners to ensure the brand is represented consistently across stores, including product placement, visual merchandising, pricing and promotional activity.
- Review sell-through and stock performance, using market intelligence and customer feedback to recommend actions that improve commercial results.
- Keep abreast of competitor activity, consumer trends and developments within individual markets to inform the wider wholesale strategy.
- Partner with Marketing, Production, Finance, Logistics and Visual Merchandising to ensure a coordinated approach to international wholesale.
- Feed market intelligence and customer insights back into the wider business, helping inform future product and commercial decisions.
- Support international events, activations and new store opportunities where required.
- Manage seasonal showroom preparations in London and Paris, ensuring collections are presented to the highest standard.
- Represent the brand internationally, building awareness and strengthening its reputation with key industry partners.

Requirements
- Strong wholesale experience within luxury, premium or contemporary womenswear, ideally with established relationships across EMEA and APAC.
- A proven ability to grow and manage significant wholesale accounts within an international environment.
- Commercially astute, with strong understanding of sales forecasting, budgets, order books and account profitability.
- Comfortable working with sales data and market intelligence to make informed commercial decisions.
- Strong understanding and appreciation of product, fashion and contemporary luxury.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the confidence to influence senior buyers and external partners.
- An engaging communicator with strong presentation skills and the ability to represent a brand authentically.
- Mandarin would be highly advantageous, particularly given the importance of the APAC market.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple markets, accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
- Collaborative, entrepreneurial and comfortable working within a growing business where priorities can evolve quickly.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- A genuine passion for the brand and the ability to act as an ambassador across international markets.
