KEY INFORMATION:
- Essential Criteria: You must be in full-time education to apply; this internship is suitable for students looking for a work placement year.
- Location: London, Borough SE1 1QL
- Ways of working: Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days remotely).
- 25 days of annual leave per year, as per your contract.
- Salary: £1,000 per month
- Duration: September 2026 to August 2027 (12 months)

- Collaborating closely with your manager and our supportive operational teams to seamlessly craft and deliver innovative marketing and communications strategies.
- Playing a pivotal role in the development of cutting-edge marketing plans that captivate and engage a range of audiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Trade & Events:
- Support the planning and delivery of trade and consumer events, as well as in-store activations across food, drink, and travel campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify suitable venues, partners, and suppliers, and liaise with them when required.
- Assist with event logistics, including coordination of materials, guest lists, and on-site support.
- Attend events and support the team on-site, while building relationships with industry professionals.
- Contribute to the creation and production of communication materials (digital and print), ensuring alignment with clients’ brand guidelines.
- Support the team in establishing benchmarks and evaluating the success of activations.
- Assist in writing post-event reports and campaign summaries, and proposals.
- Help with updating the CRM.
Public Relations & Content:
- Help in crafting and distributing email campaigns via our CRM tool, optimising engagement for our marketing campaigns.
- Support in managing influencer and KOL partnerships by coordinating with influencers, developing briefs, overseeing campaign execution, monitoring performance, and maintaining strong relationships.
- Assist in various press seedings, taking charge of the logistics and monitoring progress.
- Build and maintain media lists, monitor coverage, and research relevant journalists.
- Research & Reporting: Conducting research, analysing competitors, and compiling coverage reports.
- Draft media pitches, press releases, newsletters, and social media content.
- Support from a logistics point of view, e.g., send-outs, stock checks, and courier management.

Account Management:
- Compile and present detailed reports on campaign performance and operational metrics, offering recommendations for improvement.
- Help perform market analyses to guide strategic decisions for RFPs.
- Learn how to identify new client opportunities to grow the company and your network.
General:
- Attend various training sessions throughout the year, where you will develop your skills and learn about new platforms and processes.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute to innovative campaign strategies.
- Manage storage and logistics for operational efficiency.
- Provide ad hoc financial assistance.
- Other administrative duties to support the teams.
QUALIFICATIONS: YOU MUST:
- Currently be in education, pursuing a degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
- Have a strong interest in Food & Beverages and tourism sectors.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have a ‘can do/will try’ attitude.
