Eurazeo Capital is Eurazeo’s flagship mid-large buyout strategy, investing in market-leading companies across Europe and North America. The Capital strategy focuses on typical equity tickets of around €200–350m in three high-growth sectors where Eurazeo has deep expertise: technology-enabled business services, healthcare & life sciences, and financial services. These sectors are at the heart of major economic and societal transitions and offer long-term opportunities for sustainable value creation.

You will be part of the investment team of Eurazeo Capital, composed of around 30 investment professionals based in London, Paris and New York, working from the London office.

Responsibilities

Working alongside the investment team, you will contribute across the full investment cycle: helping to screen new opportunities, supporting live transactions from initial analysis through due diligence, and monitoring the performance of existing portfolio companies. You will work directly with the various deal teams throughout, and see first-hand how investment decisions are taken. Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Screening of investment opportunities: Assess commercial rationale and financial profile, conduct market research, participate in meetings with advisers and expert calls with industry professionals to help evaluate investment opportunities
  • Deal execution: Provide support to the deal team during live deals, coordinate with advisers and consultants, and assist in the drafting of internal deliverables such as Investment Committee memos
  • Portfolio monitoring: Contribute to ongoing portfolio companies’ reporting, performance, and ad hoc analyses
  • Financial modelling: Contribute to building financial models, including operating models, LBOs, and other ad hoc analyses, working closely with the investment team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
