The Team

How You Will Contribute
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Intern to join our Financial Services M&A team. In this role, you will work closely with senior professionals on complex, high-profile transactions within the financial services sector across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, as well as the ability to contribute to both deal execution and marketing.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Presentation & Client Materials: Prepare pitch decks, client presentations, and other marketing materials, ensuring alignment with client needs and expectations
- Industry Research & Strategic Insights: Conduct comprehensive industry research, providing senior team members and clients with insights on market trends, regulatory changes, and sector-specific developments
- Financial Analysis & Valuation: Develop financial models (e.g., DDM, precedent transactions, and comps) to support valuation and transaction decisions.
- Transaction Execution: Support the team on the execution of financial transactions, including M&A, capital raising, and restructuring, from initial pitch through to closing.
Qualifications
Preferred Educational Background: Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field from a leading university or business school. Others will be considered with a demonstrable interest in finance.
