MARKETING INTERN
Ballou is a strategic communications agency specialized in the tech and innovation sectors, present across 4 markets: France, UK, Spain, and Germany.
We are looking for a Marketing Intern for a 6-month internship, starting as soon as possible, to support our Head of Marketing in rolling out the agency's marketing strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Working directly with the Head of Marketing, you will contribute at both a strategic and operational level across the following areas:
- SEO | Writing blog posts and optimizing the website
- Social Media | LinkedIn editorial planning (agency & leadership), content writing, visual creation (carousels, images, mini-videos)
- Media Relations | Writing press releases, identifying podcast opportunities, drafting op-eds
- Events | Supporting event organization, identifying speaking and pitching opportunities
- Awards | Tracking and identifying industry awards, writing and submitting entries
- Newsletters | Writing internal and external newsletters

PROFILE
Student in a communications or marketing program (Bachelor's to Master's level), with:

- Excellent command of English (required, international environment)
- French, Spanish, or German is a plus
- An interest in social media and content creation
- Familiarity with / curiosity for AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Canva, etc.) | used daily throughout the internship
- Curiosity, autonomy, and strong organizational skills
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
- Duration: 6 months
- Start date: as soon as possible
- Location: Paris, London, or Berlin | Remote work possible
- Compensation: as per applicable legislation
