NM Coaching

NM Coaching is a global coaching and leadership development company working with organisations, leaders and teams around the world.

We are looking for a motivated and highly organised intern to join our Programme Coordination & Operations team and work closely with our international Operations team.

This is a hands-on internship for someone who wants to gain practical experience in an international business environment and learn how global leadership, coaching and development programmes are managed from behind the scenes.

What you will be involved in

Working closely with our Operations team, you will support:

  • Coordination of international leadership and coaching programmes
  • Communication with participants, clients, trainers and facilitators
  • Programme schedules, materials and logistics
  • Preparation and follow-up for face-to-face and virtual programmes
  • Maintaining project plans, timelines and action lists
  • Updating CRM and project-management systems
  • Collecting programme feedback and evaluation data
  • Research, documentation and general operational support
  • Supporting our global network of coaches, trainers and facilitators

AI & DIGITAL WORK

AI is becoming an important part of how NM Coaching operates, and we want our interns to develop practical experience using it.

You will have opportunities to use tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for research, communication, planning, documentation and operational tasks, as well as explore how AI and automation can make our work more efficient.

Who we are looking for

You may be a university student, recent graduate or someone at the beginning of your professional career.

You should be:

  • Highly organised and attentive to detail
  • Proactive, responsible and willing to learn
  • Comfortable communicating with people from different cultures and countries
  • Able to manage several tasks and deadlines at the same time
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Digitally confident and comfortable learning new platforms
  • Interested in leadership, coaching, learning and development, or international business
  • Curious about AI and how it can be used in the workplace

THE INTERNSHIP

  • Approximately 15-20 hours per week
  • Remote and international working environment
  • Hands-on involvement in real client programmes
  • Opportunity to learn directly from an experienced global Operations team
  • Potential to increase responsibilities and hours over time
  • Possibility of developing into a longer-term opportunity with NM Coaching for the right person
