Who We Are
SRLV is a mid-tier firm of chartered accountants, business management specialists, and corporate and private client advisors based in London’s vibrant West End. Founded in 1988, we have evolved into a £30m+ turnover business with 21 partners and 240+ staff supporting an enviable roster of A-list corporate and private clients worldwide.
From premium restaurants, prime property, and international groups to well-known names in music, entertainment, and sport, our clients are inspiringly diverse and exciting to work for. Their varied interests mean our teams often work together for different clients across the business. This gives our people the freedom to work both individually and as one multi-specialist client team so we’re always learning, from intern right through to partner.
Working across four divisions, many of our team began their careers here, thriving on the culture, rewarding client work, and the opportunities to personalise their own career path. Founded on the principles of a family business, people are the beating heart of our business. Relationships of trust, whether with our staff, clients, or professional network, are the bedrock of what we do; people and relationships come first. We see everyone as individuals and aim to create an environment where everyone feels welcomed, supported, and free to be themselves.
The Opportunity
Our year-long paid Intern Placement Programme gives ambitious undergraduates the chance to experience real accountancy work in a way that simply isn’t possible through study alone. You’ll be welcomed into a supportive, close-knit team and encouraged to learn as you go, asking questions, building confidence, and getting involved from day one.
Throughout your placement, you’ll gain practical, hands-on experience across a variety of clients and business areas. You’ll develop technical knowledge, core business skills, and a genuine insight into how a mid-tier London firm operates behind the scenes. It’s engaging, varied, and fast-paced, but always with the guidance of people who want you to succeed.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
