The Aftersales & Sales Intern will be responsible for supporting our Aftersales and Sales network and team, handling tasks related to; training, product benchmarking and reporting. The person will be involved in various cross-departmental projects and will get a full insight into the operation of smart UK within his/her internship duration.
Your responsibilities
- Sales and Aftersales training; prepare and update training materials for new products and technologies, ensure maximum efficiency of the training provided, supporting the user administration and registration within the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Support the Aftersales and Sales departments in daily administrative and coordination tasks, answering enquiries received via the Sales and Aftersales Inbox
- Provide support with the administration of users on the Aftersales Service Execution Desk (SED) and the Sales Agent Dashboard (ADB)
- Assist in finance related coordination tasks such as Dealer Invoices & Carry out Competitor analysis and Benchmarking of; smart new car product range and position in market, Aftersales services, products, accessories and merchandise
- Perform Market and KPIs results analysis, diagnosing issues and opportunities for the business, presenting these back to the business with actionable insights
- Provide support to management team in the preparation of internal summaries, presentations and adhoc analysis
- Sales and Aftersales reporting – Develop, build and update regular management reporting and KPIs for the UK and Network. Assist in process automation to improve efficiencies
- You have the opportunity to be involved in projects across the business in; Sales, Aftersales as well as logistics and marketing projects which will make an important contribution to the success of smart UK

Education
- Studying for / completed BA degree in business/economics /automotive /engineering/other
Knowledge / Functional Expertise
- You are able to speak and write English fluently
- You have a passion for electromobility and ideally automotive experience
- IT skills - competent in Windows and data organisation
- You like to build something from scratch and make your own decisions with a positive mindset
- You have a structured working mode, able to work in complex projects with changing priorities and tasks
