Job Description
Wealthmax Financial Advisers Ltd is a leading financial advisory firm specialising in pensions, investments, insurance, and mortgages. We are directly authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), delivering tailored financial solutions to clients across the UK.
We are currently seeking ambitious and motivated Sales & Marketing Interns to join our growing team. This role offers hands-on exposure across multiple financial service domains, including:
- Pensions
- Protection
- Investments
- Mortgages
- Commercial Loans
- Wills & Estate Planning
This role begins with a 3-month unpaid internship, during which you'll receive full training, support to achieve your required qualification, paving the way for a Mortgage, Protection or Pension/Investment Adviser and future progression within our firm. You will gain practical experience while supporting client engagement and learning how financial advisory businesses operate in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
- Support and learn to manage existing client queries across financial products
- Assist in managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat engagement
- Participate in client meetings (phone, video, and face-to-face)
- Attend and support events, campaigns, and marketing initiatives
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to increase brand awareness
- Contribute to lead generation and business growth strategies

Skills, Experience & Requirements
- Currently studying at university or holding a Post Study Work (PSW) visa
- Interest in pursuing a career in sales or financial services
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and ambitious
- Curious mindset with a willingness to learn and ask questions
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Basic sales or customer-facing experience (preferred but not essential)
