Our Hotel

As part of the Crimson Hotels Group, you will join the team of Holiday Inn Express London – Heathrow T5 which is a 300-room hotel perfect for business or leisure stays. Our three meeting rooms accommodate up to 120 guests, ideal for corporate events, private dinners, and social gatherings.

What your day will look like?

Your day will give you the opportunity to experience the different teams that keep our hotel running smoothly. Across Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping and our Support Teams, you’ll build a broad understanding of hotel operations while developing your guest service, communication and teamwork skills. You’ll welcome and look after guests, gain experience across our restaurants, bar, club lounge, conferences and room service, learn how the Front Office manages check-ins, reservations, payments and guest requests, and discover how Housekeeping maintains high standards behind the scenes. You’ll also spend time with our Accounts, Reservations, gaining insight into the processes that support the guest experience, from managing finances and bookings to planning events. Throughout your rotations, you’ll work alongside experienced colleagues, learn how each department connects, and see what it takes to create a seamless and memorable stay for every guest.
