Hypersonica is building sovereign European hypersonic capability.
We are developing technologies that sit at the edge of what is currently possible, and we are doing it with small, talent dense teams of exceptional people.

The Opportunity
This is not an internship where you spend three months shadowing someone, preparing slides or waiting to be given something meaningful to do.
You will work alongside some of the best engineers and operators in Europe on real problems connected to real hardware and real programmes.
Depending on your background, that could mean contributing to areas such as:
- Engineering
- Propulsion
- Aerodynamics
- Structures
- Materials
- Avionics
- GNC
- Software
- Electronics
- Manufacturing
- Test
- Quality
- Simulation
- Data
- Operations
The exact problem matters less than how you approach it.
You will be given responsibility early, expected to think independently and encouraged to challenge assumptions.

We are interested in outstanding students from leading universities across the UK and Europe, including Oxford, Cambridge, Cranfield, Imperial and others, however:
- Your university matters less than your ability.
- Your degree matters less than what you can do with it.
- Your experience matters less than how quickly you can learn.
We are particularly interested in people who can point to something they have built, researched, competed in, broken, redesigned, coded, tested or taught themselves simply because they wanted to understand whether it could be done.
