- You spend your days designing and are actively improving your craft.
- You support, study and learn from the team around you as a matter of necessity.
- You demonstrate a relentless interest in the studio and are proactive, and look to support the team however you can.
- You have a willingness to work in person in our London studio, and are able to attend both work and meetings on time.

- We will ensure you are given meaningful feedback throughout your internship to support your personal development and professional development.
- We will ensure you are engaged with the realities of the agency, doing the same work we do.
- We will ensure you have frequent access to our team, and opportunities to learn from them where possible.

- We pay our interns £592.00 per week.
