At Stantec, we’re designing with community in mind. As one of the world’s leading sustainable engineering, architecture and environmental consulting firms, we work on some of the UK’s most exciting infrastructure, water, energy and environmental projects. Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and we’re passionate about attracting the next generation of talent to help shape a more sustainable future.

We’re looking for a highly organised Interview Coordinator to join our Early Careers Recruitment team on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. The Opportunity

As an Interview Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our graduate, apprentice and placement recruitment campaigns run smoothly. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinate interviews for our Early Careers recruitment campaigns, ensuring a seamless scheduling process.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to gather availability and align interview schedules with candidate availability.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience through clear, timely and professional communication via phone and email.
  • Monitor the recruitment inbox, responding promptly to candidate queries and interview-related requests.
  • Partner with the wider Talent Acquisition team, providing regular updates on interview activity and campaign progress.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, reports and scheduling records, ensuring data is always up to date.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve recruitment coordination processes and enhance the candidate journey.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
