Intranet Platform Owner

City of London (Hybrid) - 3 days a week onsite
Competitive Salary (£85,000 - £100,000) + Excellent Benefits

Shape the Future of the Digital Workplace

We're partnering with a prestigious global professional services organisation to appoint an experienced Intranet Platform Owner to lead the strategy, governance, architecture and continuous evolution of its enterprise intranet and digital workplace ecosystem.

This is a highly visible role sitting at the intersection of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Copilot, Enterprise Search, Knowledge Management, Digital Employee Experience and AI transformation.

The successful candidate will own a business-critical platform used globally, driving innovation through AI-enabled experiences, intelligent search, automation, knowledge discovery and personalised content delivery.

The Role

You'll be responsible for defining and delivering the strategic roadmap for a modern, intelligent intranet platform that connects people, expertise, knowledge and business services across a global enterprise.

Working closely with senior business stakeholders, technology leaders and external partners, you'll ensure the platform remains secure, scalable, user-centric and aligned to organisational priorities.

You will also play a leading role in the adoption of emerging AI technologies, helping to shape how Microsoft Copilot, enterprise search and autonomous AI agents can enhance collaboration, productivity and knowledge sharing across the organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
