Company Description

Role Description

The Introducer role is a full-time, on-site position. In this role, the individual will identify and establish relationships with potential investors and partner organizations, introducing them to suitable investment opportunities and projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Researching prospective investors
  • Initiating and managing outreach
  • Coordinating introductory meetings between investors and the Butler Family Investments team or selected companies
  • Maintaining accurate records of contacts and engagements
  • Supporting the preparation of basic investment and company overview materials
  • Ensuring that introductions are aligned with the firm’s long-term, disciplined investment approach

Qualifications

  • Relationship-building and networking skills, with the ability to engage professionally with private investors and business leaders.
  • Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for investor outreach and meeting coordination.
  • Analytical skills and commercial awareness to understand investment opportunities, company profiles, and investor needs.
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple introductions, follow-ups, and documentation consistently.
  • Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative environment and aligning with a long-term, disciplined investment philosophy.
  • Prior experience in finance, investment, real estate, or business development is beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
