Senior Manager – AI & Data

Solution Shaping & Delivery Leadership | London (hybrid, UK client travel)

Turn client challenges into practical AI and data solutions, then lead their delivery from mobilisation through to measurable value.

The opportunity

Our UK AI & Data practice helps organisations across Government, Life Sciences, Consumer Products, Retail, Utilities and Telecommunications realise value from AI and data. As a Senior Manager, you will lead complex programmes end to end, shape credible solutions and proposals, and use delivery excellence to build trusted relationships and create follow-on opportunities.

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead large, multi-workstream AI and data programmes from mobilisation through production and value realisation.
  • Own delivery plans, governance, RAID, quality assurance, budgets, margin, forecasting and change control.
  • Challenge designs and make informed trade-offs across quality, security, scalability, cost and responsible AI.
  • Define and track business KPIs so delivery produces tangible outcomes, not only technology outputs.
  • Shape solutions on Microsoft, Databricks or Snowflake, with credible estimates, plans and resourcing models.
  • Lead proposals, orals and demonstrations, articulating value to business and technical audiences.
  • Build and coach onshore and offshore teams, while identifying and converting extensions and adjacent opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
