IFAT 2024, the world’s leading trade fair for managing water, waste water, waste and raw materials, ran from 13 to 17 May 2024 in Munich, Germany, and provided an ideal platform for dialogue centring on the latest industry trends. ProMinent took this opportunity to focus on the issues of treating waste water and drinking water.
After five exciting days at ACHEMA 2024, we can say that the trade fair was extremely successful. ACHEMA, the world’s leading trade fair for the process industry, ran from 10 to 14 June 2024 in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, and provided an ideal platform for exhibitors to present their products, technologies and innovations. ProMinent attended under the banner of “Focus on innovative Fluid Management”.

The use of recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS) is becoming increasingly important: they require less water and land overall and are therefore more flexible in terms of location. The solution for sustainable production in RAS are high-performance systems for various process steps.

Sludge dewatering is important for sewage treatment plants to save on waste disposal costs. Every year, several thousand tons of sewage sludge are generated during the various wastewater treatment processes.
